as planned, i made the brisket recipe posted by jojochao. (thanks!!!) it was one of the best brisket recipes i’ve ever tasted. it was sweet & sour & savory, all at once. it smelled sooooooo amazing when i came home, with the brisket slowly cooking in the crock pot all day…
